Expert witness testimony and litigation consultation is provided by experienced, board certified consultants. RSA has authored vocational opinion reports and life care plans, provided testimony, and consulted on hundreds of cases in many jurisdictions across New England including:

As testifying vocational and life care planning experts, we can provide assistance to courts and attorneys in identifying the effect of injury upon an individual's capacity to work, earn money, and the need-based requirements for goods and services arising from an injury.

As consulting experts we can assist by review of opposing counsel's life care plan or vocational expert report, provide research and case development, and /or identify the need for additional information or expert consultations.
