Jack
Bopp, MS, CRC, CLCP, CCM (Curriculum
Vitae)
Jack Bopp has provided life care
planning, vocational evaluation, earning
capacity analysis, and rehabilitation case
management services for persons with
disabilities in NH since 1980. He has been
recognized as an expert in various settings
throughout New England in the areas of life
care planning, vocational rehabilitation,
employability determinations, and earning
capacity. He is experienced testifying as an
expert in Superior, Federal and Family
Courts. Additionally, Jack has been under
contract as a Vocational Expert with the
Social Security Administration, Office of
Hearings and Appeals since 1990.
Jack has been a practicing
Rehabilitation Counselor in the state of New
Hampshire since 1980. He graduated from
Fairfield University in 1973 with a BA
degree in Psychology and from SUNY Albany in
1974 with an MS degree in Rehabilitation
Counseling. Jack completed a post-graduate
certificate program in Life Care Planning
for Advanced Catastrophic Case Management
from The University of Florida in 1998.
Jack has been active in rehabilitation
professional activities, serving as an
Ethics Co-Chairperson for New Hampshire
Association of Service Providers in Private
Rehabilitation throughout the 90’s. He
served on the Executive Board of NH Very
Special Arts and was the first coach of
Granite State Independent Living’s
Wheelchair Basketball Team. He served two
appointed terms on the Governor’s Vocational
Rehabilitation Advisory Board defining the
standards for certification of vocational
rehabilitation providers in NH
Jack is a Certified Rehabilitation
Counselor, Certified Life Care Planner,
Certified Case Manager, Certified New
Hampshire Vocational Rehabilitation
Provider, and Certified Vermont Vocational
Rehabilitation Counselor.

Kathy
Ashton
Kathy Ashton joined RSA in March 2004 in the
role of Research Specialist & Office
Manager. Kathy is a graduate of Bryant
College where she studied medical assisting
and secretarial science. Kathy also trained
as a Surgical Technician. She worked as a
medical assistant for several years in
Ophthalmology and Orthopedics. Moving to St.
Louis, Kathy worked in the public school
system as a school facilitator for five
schools working with teachers and
administration to coordinate programs,
speakers, assemblies, career fairs and field
trips to enhance their curriculum. When she
moved to New Hampshire, Kathy became
employed as an Office Manager/Project
Coordinator with New England College and
Main Street Academix which worked together
as an educational consulting firm
specializing in school climate assessment
and safe schools research, program
evaluation and development, professional
development, and student empowerment and
leadership.
Kathy’s training and experience in the
medical and educational fields provide RSA
and its clients with strong organizational,
research, and writing skills.
At RSA Kathy’s responsibilities as Research
Specialist & Office Manager include:

obtain specific information to insure
the accuracy of the data contained in
our reports

Performing extensive research into the
availability and costs of goods and
services recommended in our Life Care
Plans

Review, abstracting, and organizing of
medical records

correspondence
